You might have read on Monday that open-wheel cars will finally make a debut in Forza Motorsport 5. FM5 will feature a set of classic and modern open-wheelers and now a first batch has been revealed. Besides Formula 1 legends from the 1976 season like Nikki Lauda's Ferrari 312T2 and James Hunt's McLaren M23 the game will also feature the latest Dallara Indycars read below more about it.



IZOD Indycar Series joins lineup of new 'Forza Motorsport 5'

The speed and excitement of the IZOD IndyCar Series will be paired with the ground-breaking simulation racing game “Forza Motorsport 5,” which will be a launch title on the new Xbox One console in fall.

Microsoft's E3 Press Conference just ended and we can now present you the latest info, screenshots and trailers from Forza Motorsport 5. FM5 is coming this November exclusively to XBOX ONE.

A new month and a new ALMS Challenge awaits us in Forza Motorsport 4. Since June is all about Le Mans it is no wonder that the ALMS Challenge takes place this month at the Circuit de La Sarthe. The car of choice is of course the 2011 Audi #2 Audi Sport Team Joest R18 TDI (you need the February ALMS Car Pack to access this car). Now fire up FM4, select rivals mode and set your fastest time in the June ALMS Challenge.

McLaren Automotive has partnered up with Forza Motorsport 5 to provide you a once in a lifetime experiance, a ride in the McLaren P1, the FM5 cover car, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.



What you have to do is head over to the McLaren Automotive facebook page and access the competition app, which is not yet available but should be soon.
The app features a map of the location shown in the FM5 announcement trailer.
You have to pinpoint the exact location of the starting grid shown in the trailer.

A random winner from the closest guesses will be choosen.

This competition will open to users worldwide on June 10th.

Winner will be annouced on July 1st.
