Here's an example of a few of my cars

In C class I have an 02 SS (that black one I used at one of your events) that has stock power and stock compound tires. The car runs 13.3-13.6's without any drag-specific tuning.

In B class I have an 02 SS that has an identical set-up but it has a stock LS6 swap and more tire. This car runs about a 12.7-12.9.

In A class I use that SLP575 2010 Camaro that I gifted you. the car runs 12 flats consistently but with a proper launch it is capable of 11.8's.

While I'm no Evan Smith I would say that those times are significantly closer to what they should be *apart from the 575 because my version is running way better rubber that the real one (which runs 12.4's).

Well the patch certainly improved drag mode but I would hardly call it fixed. The first 10 feet or so have added grip but certainly not as much as their should be. The big change is that if you use the clutch then you now control the rev's during the 'auto-rev' sequence.

Last night some friends and I tested it out and while their is obviously no red-lighting the use of the clutch did cause 1 or 2 stalls and occasionally someone was caught sleeping at the lights. I would say that C and B class are quite fun and that A class can be fun depending on the car. Anything higher though and the grip is just not there (without drastic tuning changes).

While I wouldn't go out and announce the revival of the LSx shootout just yet I would say that a few of us could have some fun getting together and racing C and B class street cars.

There isn't any official word yet on what specifically is being fixed. All we know is that they are working on it. Conventional wisdom would suggest that they are resurfacing it so that it behaves like the grippy sections on Ladera.

Hey man, I sent you a photo in-game of this rally car I have been working on. I can't gift it to you to try out because of the paintjob I bought for it but if you want it I will send you the tune.

Some friends and I have have been doing some time-trial racing in these cars around Fuji and Positano lately. 1 full lap, best lap-time wins, 5 second roll-off between cars.

The cars are B500 AWD, full platform and drivetrain upgrades, wider (but still stock compound) tires and 300-330hp. The ride height is as high as it will go, the suspension is super-soft and the diff has been specially tunned.

Let me know if you are interested. I also have an '03 focus and an evo.

No problem, the next time you see me online I will be hard at work on my FM3 career.

There are no midnight releases in my area so I am going to my local Walmart at 7am tomorrow (thankfully I have the entire week off work).

Thanks. It's from a photo shoot done by some of the guys on a Camaro site that I visit. If you look closely you will see a ZR1 in the background overlooking the scene.

I added a few more shots from the shoot to the album on my profile here.
