Since the game has been delayed until April, I thought it might be fun to try to find other ways to play the demo for those, like myself, who don't have modded XBoxes. So I came up with "touchback". Simply race one lap forward, once you pass the stop finish line you pull the handbrake to spin around and do a reverse lap. At the end of that one, turn around again. In the end, you'll race 5 laps: forward, reverse, forward, reverse, forward. This way the stop clock and lap counters can still be used. Only the total time is kept. What do you think: good idea or bad idea?? Any changes you'd suggest?
I thought we could use Six64Four's template (below). Instead of making it a competition, we could all just post our own times. To encourage the less competitve of us to post their times, I'll post my own times. The only rules are to keep the car on the official track (no shortcuts) and your car must fully cross the start finish line at the end of each lap.
Specify in your post what assists you are using.
