Daddy's back!! Honestly, since Skyrim came out, I hadn't really played any other game. But I am back now, and since I fixed my corrupt file problem, figured I would start taking some pics. Still testing out the settings and seeing what works best. So here are a few for now.
Looking good man. I only took a few photos from when I first got the game but I still hadnt got the settings nailed. I thought they'd come out on the website the same way the ones from FM3 did but nope, adjusting for the transfer of FM3 pics doesnt translate to FM4 it seems. Having said that you pretty much have the settings nailed, they just need a bit more colour. Contrast is good, brightness is good, no bloom.
Thanks guys! Glad you think they turned out well! I am really trying to use FM4 as a sandbox for when the summer rolls around and taking real photos of real cars haha. Hope I didn't set the bar too high for myself. I loved FM2's photo mode, but could never really get the hang of FM3's. Fortunately, it looks like I am back on track with FM4.
Thanks! Here are a few with my Dino. The Dino might be one of my favorite Ferraris, more for looks than power, but I am sure I can put some lovin' into it and make it a pretty nice little machine.
Very nice. I agree, the Dino is a great looking car. Koppie was very generous to gift me, not only his tune and build, but the car itself when we were doing the B class track attack when it came out.
The Dino not only has a great looking; also has an astonishing potential on mid-lower classes (C or B) with an base engine that, with his low weight, just throw it to the track like a rocket. It's just as magnificent as you could expect from a Ferrari's Berlinetta. And of course, that pics just get the things better! Keep up with the good work, pal! =D
Thanks guys! Then Dino is very solid in its factory form, and I would love to turn it in to a monster B class. Unfortunately I won't be around my 360 for 10 days or so, so you will have to wait for more.
I did a tune on Class B on the day; Slick tyres, weight reduced to >1000 Kg. and power between 300/400 bhp. One day i'll probably work on one on the same class with wider semi-slicks (traduced on even more power XD )
Alrighty, I am back at my apt now, so here are a few shots. I think for this shot I should have left the car out of the frame, but I am just too damn stubborn sometimes... I think I tilted the camera the wrong way in this shot... Should have leaned the other way IMO. For this one I tried to replicate a shot I took this summer... The real one is below... I think I got pretty close, besides the location and the lack of polarization.
Nice shots man. Its funny that, my friend posted a pic on facebook today of a black 8C he found in the wild, and I was saying to him I much prefer the 8C in red, and that shot goes to prove it.
Alrighty, thought I would jump in the G8 vs Holden Commodore game here... And now a few Scud pics And one of the beautiful Amalfi Coast Damn watermark got me on the second Scud pic :angryb:
Nice shots! And, when you click A on take photo, you get a quick preview where the watermark is going to be, if you see it's on the car, try and find a way to angle, or move it off
Yeah, I usually do... Just forgot that time. I am just not thrilled with that photo at all and the watermark just tops off the mediocracy.
Ha alright, I will try and replicate that one shot with a car that has a butt that is more to your liking... Any suggestions? Lol
Alrighty, I went back and took some shots with the Murcie SV. The first two are of that sunrise pic that CB hated so much. Then one at Maple Valley And then a few of the Superleggera LP in the Alps
Some shots with the Virage. I am going to have to remember to bump up the brightness or exposure, my pics seem to be a tad bit too dark lately.
